    I'm sure he has been told about missing deadlines by numerous SHs. So he can't say he forgot or anything along those lines. It's such a simple solution to come out with an announcement giving a reason for the delay. He could of just added one paragraph about it on the end of the last announcement. Adds integrity to the man!
