I wonder if they'll have a change of tune to change the share incentive's back to price based targets now their boots are full of freebies.

BoD has dodged my pointed calls and emails - may not have such luck at the AGM.
Also i should note that i stand by my comment that there's been a large improvement from management in the last 12months - and i do think Nigel still has his place at AVZ - but i'd cut Rhett shift Nigel into a lead geo and overseeing met test/dfs and all further on-going work in that field.
I'd bring in a new MD with stronger mining/operational background and Chairman with strong governance and business credibility.
