totally agree that nothing different will happen in the next 6 months - whoever the MD is - or even if we have no MD - after all Scott Spencer is a very very smart guy,

However, the market will want an oil industry "heavy" or some annointed by her/his peers to become a "heavy" to be seen to LEAD a company like Hardman - that is about to be in the ASX 100.

This will affect the share price.
