We need a PE update.
It can't be that hard to update the market about the status of the PE situation.
CNE, COP & WOL are effectively behaving as though it is a done deal.
FAR should simply say it is not a done deal and that they are still seriously endeavouring to PE.
They should at least advise their intentions and the likelihood of success or failure.
They should inform the market where they stand legally.
Initiate legal action if necessary.
What do they have to lose?
The SP can't go much lower.
We only have 7c to play with.
We need a PE update. It can't be that hard to update the market...
