PE is a joke and justifying a reluctance to keep shareholders informed on a "no material change has occurred" excuse is a crock or shite. A material change in circumstances does not have to occur to keep shareholders informed; all that is required is good management. This sorry saga has drawn out for so long now that the backlash will be and should be very harsh indeed should they fail.......
