Yes, indeed the PE is a farce.
It has been an epic failure from management - not only in keeping shareholders regularly informed, but also in the way it has been handled from day one.
If you are still a "true believer" in FAR management, you would need to believe in two conspiracy theories - one that was hatched between COP and WPL - and now another one being hatched between WPL and CNE.
One conspiracy maybe possible, but two conspiracies, with one follow by another is just beyond belief.
