Graham,I couldn't agree more,all these things that are are happening could not possibly have been researched properly,there is only one voice with possibly the exception of Bowen.It seems too many decisions are being made by one person.It seems like there is something different every day. No matter what your polictical persuasion we don't deserve rash decisions with no thought of their possible ramifications.
