Finland is a decent cash cow, not much else. Good to have but not convinced it is a huge company maker.
And do we need the CEO to become a spin merchant because we crave the market to understand what we're investing in, before the negotiations are concluded?
Expect the evaluation will be independently thorough and therefore compelling for Xstrata, MMG or whoever to see the value in AOH. Don't need PR, exercise is already underway.
