If Sky can hold GAAP earnings at $20-$30M then they will probably be able to pay out a dividend of 3c/share a year (just over $50M). That would likely represent a payout of 85-90% of FCF.
Even if investors expect a 10% yield for a company like Sky, that would be a SP of 30c/share.
I am not making any stock price predictions here - that isn't my gig, plus Sky is all over the place right now and I am as nonplussed as everyone else.
But once the dividends resume, I think some calm should be restored.
