Climate Change Minister Greg Combet is very busy spinning the spin about carbon dioxide so we also a separate Oceam Minister whose job is to find ways we can stop tsunamis and stop the tide coming in and going out when it just doesn't suit ud.

I'm sure we can find an Ocean Tax as how the Oceans behave is all our fault.

While we're about this we could also do with with a Sun Minister whose job is to brain wash us that we are all at fault because of the increased hours of night and darkness there are during winter.
