Short term anything is possible, impossible to predict the market reaction to news. Long term though it is possible to predict several scenarios. My target is still 7.5c+ (100M$+ market cap) by end of 2017 if Bass achieves profitability (cash flow positive status at least for one or two months before the end of the year).

What is sure though is that currently the market has fears regarding Bass (cash, profitability, sufficient resources), and that is what is causing the extreme undervaluation comparing to peers. Markets hate risks and more so uncertainty. Once the stock is derisked, things would change dramatically. Presumably the stock will start to be derisked progressively, step by step. a JORC Mahefedok resource would be a good start. Successful completion of refurbishment is another...etc
