the inference being "we will take legal action if you don't pay up"
to date this management team has demonstrated weakness when it comes to making the hard decisions - lets hope this time they have the backbone to see this through
and weak management leads to poor decision making - as all long suffering NTU shareholders are now fully aware
perhaps they have already threatened legal action and Huatai has told them "the cheques in the mail"

I have no problems paying big salaries if they are producing results, but it appears all they have done thus far is raise enough money to continue the payment of their own hefty salaries - I think that's called "mining the market" to which they have been very successful
