Yes I agree 'the decay has been woeful'. Primarily due to the 'lazy' State Labor governments which have ruled most of the States for the last decade. They are PRIMARILY responsible for Education, Infrastructure, Roads, Railways and Health.
So what have those Labor governments been doing with the largesse from the GST and Stamp Duty? Employed more 'fat cat' public servants perhaps?
