Just to clarify S32 can take over operations after stage two not discontinue work.
If they choose not to extend the current contract the terms of the existing contract in relation to an existing project would still apply.
I guess you have to consider why would S32 enter this type of agreement if there wasn’t a benefit to them. They have the money and resources to do their own exploration they don’t need Ausquest.
