You are correct Rebel, the project generator model used by AQD provides huge leverage to exploration success. If AQD hits paydirt, even though they will only own 20% of the Project, their 20% will be worth many multiples of the current share price.

I favour the project generator model as explorers that use this system avoid the regular dilution associated with paying for drilling. There are a number of explorers using this model.

As one MD said the other day 'I like the idea of someone else (S32 in this case) paying to place bets on my behalf.' This struck a chord with me because it's exactly what the project generator model offers and I find this very appealing on a risk/reward basis.
