It should'nt have any material difference to the value of the company, however much of the small cap end of the market is subject to sentiment, a flashy new website would help to that end IMO.

In June 2010, Mantle applied for a BM tenement

In June 2011, Mantle was drilling to JORC the BM tenement

In June 2012, mantle entered into a 50/50 binding JV with Exergen.

So in two years Ian managed to get BM, drill it sufficiently to give partners enough confidence to enter into JV, then arrange a 50/50 binding JV with Exergen.

Dapper, could you have done it faster with the same resources at your disposal? Who possibly else could have brokered that deal with Exergen successfully?
