Keep the politicians well away. Perhaps LYC could get alongside some of the local villagers and find out what they really need and maybe NC could use some of his Forge money to make it happen. Once LAMP is operational how about recruiting some local folk and training then up, perhaps via some Aust scholarships, to be chemical engineers, laboratory technicians, etc etc.
