No doubt everybody sees the ML as pretty much a done deal. When it arrives it will give us a couple of hours of joy but like a new toy we will get bored of it quickly and demand something new to keep us ammused.

Conjecture will just revert to finance and Jantimot will remind us that we don't yet have all the required funding. We are also confident that the funding will come in pre xmas but that will quickly become old news as we debate why the share price isn't as high as it should be and somebody will pop up to tell us that there is no DFS or BFS or just some general BS.

Even if such a document did miraculously appear then the debate would revert to some blog somewhere on the internet and we will all be banned for life.
