Last one first. I'm baffled too - I don't know why Big Pharma has not acquired BTA. Maybe there are too many retail holders to make it a straightforward process. Maybe the posturing of local management has been very negative. Maybe we really do need to be sitting on Nasdaq. Maybe there indeed are many businesses on Nasdaq like Biota that are up for grabs (this doesn't mean Biota's science is bad).

Are you serious about doubting the science? Would BARDA have agreed to fund LANI phase III to the tune of $231m if this science was no good? HRV Phase IIb results - we have one last hurdle to clear (Phase III) and we are home free on an important treatment.

Tooluck, if you are having these sort of doubts, I reckon your shares are better off in the hands of a believer.

Right now, my interest is seeing Biota successfully land in the US in a most positive light, hence my belief that they should be starting the process of headhunting the highest calibre CEO now.
