NZCS has access to supply of raw seafood for its products and many additional species of seafood through its relationships with suppliers, providing a platform to mitigate supply risk and the opportunity to add a number of additional products.

NZCS recently completed the acquisition of 100% of KDI (the “Acquisition”), a leading developer of innovative nutraceutical products and services, including ingredient supply, quality and validation, as well as formulation and development.

The Acquisition provides NZCS with immediate access to the lucrative value added nutraceutical and pharmaceutical ingredient sector, with NZCS having the benefit of KDI’s key suppliers, clients and technical intellectual property.

Like most non primary producers they have key relationships with a number of suppliers.
