jellin, I have an Australian guy that is working for me at present he has been working all over the US on and of for the last 18 yrs.His comments are not overly positive, according to him they look great from outside but do not even start to look at the construction underneath. Both myself and this particular gent also constructed 6 houses in Hawaii 5 yrs ago,the quality of the local tradesman from all fields were 2nd rated and had no idea (apparently these were the best guys on offer.) This i guess was Hawaii and not mainland US. jellin I am presuming that you a Builder or tradesman.
