    The value of all the transactions exceeds what was originally stated.

    The value total is around - $74.4M US after all completions, around $82M AU.

    The current Market Cap is - $129M roughly at 7.8 cents.

    You don't need to be an expert to see at multiple of a conservative 5 times, this is under valued significantly.

    The market will catch up believe me, if not, they will be taken out quickly with a TO.
