I agree Succession, that could be why the buyer wants to keep their name quiet.
If the buyer has is paying $76 mil for a parcel of land and is going to give 4.8% royalities on everything drilled on that land then it would make sense to go for the lot.
Everything that was paid and 4.8% royalities would all come back.
