    So long as it continues to cosolidate, without dropping, all traders from the initial rise from 3 to 7 will have left. The over time if we can hit 8 we'll get a new set of traders in and reach a new high point. Just need to sit tight, its not about IF it will happen anymore, its about WHEN.
