    Stroud and his friends own probably 85%, since they bought republic out with company funds. So getting 5% of the share holding is nearly impossible. Plan b was contact asic or maybe another buyback could be arranged if we are annoying enough, I know for 1 I would certainly take what republic got for their shares.
