To me it just looked like ' dangling the carrot in front of the donkey' trick. They let it go to phase 3 to see if there was anything there as far as treatment and hence intelectual property.

If I was big pharma and I wanted Pranas I.P why would go into partnership or buy it out early, especially when you can make the company progress it to phase 3 by its own funding then kill it via FDA obfuscation. You save a lot of money that way and you get to actually see if the drug works before dipping your feet in the water.

I still think someone it watching this company very closely.
