Our management should have had an "inkling", but as our board has a lot of American influence, (as good as they are) Americans are very parochial; so in my view they would promote the FDA as the best and only route. Other OZ biotechs with fully Australian management are able to see the obfuscation in dealings with the FDA and have more confidence in other jurisdictions; even though they are not in the "centre of the universe".
