I've long feared Prana gave interested parties the middle finger when a low ball offer was made and the big fish shrugged shoulders figured will pick up the IP for even less by playing the market and getting it in a few years when prana couldn't afford tread water any longer..

If it wasnt for the research grants, Prana would be on real trouble as raising money at these levels would quickly dilute holdings

That's the cynical view.. But I do remember there are a couple of posters here and at Yahoo that got pretty angry when they realized prana received enough in tax incentives every year to keep them running irrespective of market value
