The "response" to the PCH was a big disappointment. We kept hearing "we're working very hard on it"...unfortunately, what did that really mean? Nose to the grindstone 24/7 or nodding off at the computer after toddling back from the wine bar? Originally we were told it would be submitted early in the new year. So we waited, waited, waited as the few updates stated "working very hard on it." Almost nine months later (from the beginning of 2016) the response to the PCH was submitted and we all know the result. So much lost/wasted time, OUCH!
So much for trust...As the owners, we must demand a different approach. Perhaps, in the absence of useful information, the current leadership is doing a stellar job - if so - it's not obvious. I think it's time to get serious - a strong hand at the tiller, all the pieces moving in unison, a plan, points of re-evaluation/redirection, assigned responsibility, a reasonable timeline, and VERY IMPORTANTLY on-going shareholder communication. If this "team" can do it - all well and good, if not - get out of the way.
