The reason why this share has become so cheap is that it has been disappointment driven, even after the phase 2 expansion should have had a good uptick. It has to be worth 7c. In light of the upside to Galoc who knows what its true value is but its not 5.5c.
Now that an offer has been made investors are seeing value now and not disappointment.
A little bit angry is the remedy for disappointment and rightfully so with the offer on table.
