I wont take up the offer and I have 1.1 mil of shares. The way I see it we have options:
1. If a better offer comes along because of resistance great
2. If they do get 90%, the initial 5.5c offer will be re-offered to the remaining holders so no drama
3. If 90% is not reached and no new offer comes along so be it; we vote out Phil Byrne and the whole board for we have now seen their true colours and interests. Is plenty of competent management out there who would be happy to step in. Then we get on with the job of NDO actually reaching its potential and fair share price.
