Also, I think PB's comment that the share price will drop back down if the 90% isn't reached is complete and utter BS. The 5.5c offer is the bidders evaluation of what they think the company is worth or most would agree, less than what they actually think NDO is worth otherwise they wouldn't be buying it.
I have been caught in 2 previous takeover bids and each time the SP did not drop below the bidders offer price. In fact in both cases it rose strongly over the following months.
Like many I have no doubt that the SP has been manipulated over the last 12 to 18 months. With these games out of the way the SP should definitely find its true level plus, almost every professional analysis I have seen on NDO puts its SP up around the 6 or more often 7c mark.
I think if NDO survives these next 1-2 months we will all be much better off
