Interesting trading today. Initially anticipated a big drop from short-term investors leaving the scene, but there was a small decline with relatively low volume. If the independent report was valuing the company at > $3.30 I find it hard to believe why the market does not think the same!? Hopefully we will see steady upwards growth from here on in and any take over bids shy of $4 rejected by management. Still wondering why they recommended the bid in the first place!?

Three and a half months have passed since the bid and we have a market value 13.5% lower than the position we were in prior to the SIA, yet no break fee was charged today for that loss + potential gain. IMO Regent should compensate BCI for knowingly implementing a bid that was clearly going to be rejected by the independent review and should have been included in cancellation clause of the agreement. They have got with this too easy.
