Re listing on NASDAQ, it isn't just your belief. In the new www.ha-irinotecan.com site, which was only registered in Dec 13, they say
"...Alchemia aims to spin out and list this business on NASDAQ, accessing new and more established financial markets in the USA...."
It's still very much a live intention.
