Nope just move it to the next available day. ie you get Christmas Day, Boxing Day, NYD + Australia Day in the space of 8 days. A longer Christmas break for fewer leave days.
If the timing was right this would happen. Sat, 25th Sun 26th, Christmas PH, BD PH, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 1st, Sun, NYD PH, AD PH 11 days off in a row using 3 days of leave. A lot more efficient than having a single day on the 26th.
