Re the market cap and the price paid for the pharmaceuticals division, remember, SIP is in massive debt, with a profit downgrade, and there'll be some consideration needed to be taken by the company due to Pfizer's unhelpful decision. We may get 13c capital return- that's the last estimate by analysts (just in case newbs come along and get more bullish than the forecasts suggest).
