A remark by a High Court Judge this week whilst hearing one of the umpteen refugee cases stuffing up the court......: HIS HONOUR: Yes, of course, the parties have to have time enough to think about these things and they have to have a fair opportunity to do so, but, please, if we can, can we dispose of these issues today? If we cannot, we cannot, but at the moment I am desperately in search of the 36-hour day and the 12-day week and, try as I may, I cannot yet discover it.
