If PDN want that much influence I hope they are forced to buy the extra 37% (or so) they require to have a 51% controlling stake. After all, at he moment, they are just a substantial (very), not controlling, shareholder ...
DYL have been in the game long enough now to give shareholders an indication of their timetable to mining. Other shorter-lived companies have managed to do so.
Maybe DYL have spent too much time painting that fancy office in Swakopmund bright yellow ?!
