Tachyon, I get your point but, the placement investors are under no obligation to hold onto those shares and if the shares were issued today could have easily off loaded at a substantial profit.

Unless you are telling me that you approached the company and negotiated with them to purchase shares at a hefty discount to market at a time when the market for BLT shares is extremely liquid then the amount of risk you took buying on market is completely and utterly incomparable to this recent placement.
