How are they doing so at no risk is what I want to know, don't know why this idea of no risk keeps getting bandied about. The only risk they don't have is that there entry point isn't going to be the top as they are already in the money, they still bare all the other risks such as the trial being a flop that we all do.

The options I'm annoyed about to be fair, ridiculous given we could be $100+ in 5 years time. The share placement ideally wouldnt have come so early as it clearly could have been at a higher price but these negotiations would have been ongoing for a while before the price took off and good luck keeping the instos on side if at the last minute you change the terms of agreement drastically.
