I gave you a thumbs up Bazza. I didnt like the Shandong deal when it came out but clearly as you've argued you don't give up 51% for such a low premium unless you're up the creek and without SD Focus would certainly be near administration now or later this year.

I have halved my holding at 3.1c as there is far better value elsewhere on a risk adjusted basis in the junior to mid gold sector. I still like the potential of Focus but as you say its much more of a punt now than it should be. At least we have some cash on the balance sheet to drill the tenements but as a producer they are near farcical - better to focus on the exploration.
