From the information I can gather there are 3 main gold producers in China that compete aggresively. From this I was told that Shandong will not want to lose face with purchasing FML at 5cps to see it languishing below this number. I believe the Chairman of Shandong may retire in 3 years time and will want to see a major offshore success story
My bet is that Shandong will work incredibly hard to ensure that this company works and is seen as their success story.
