I think you will find that the $750,000 hasn't been paid to FNT yet so cash position will improve when it comes in.
Interesting part of this mornings release:
During the minimum expenditure period, Frontier will provide drilling, earth-moving, boat/barge and
logistic support equipment and will be reimbursed by Newcrest at agreed commercial rates.

Commercial rates surely mean somewhere above cost price so a bit of profit from drilling to add to the coffers. It's a bit like having a contract drilling company making a profit while drilling your own ground. Gotta like that!
