Mal - To me that reads we have already recieved the capital injection as it states the on market price.
Trev - No I didnt miss that part. My point of my rant was we have spent a lot of money and we were desperate for a JV, that has nothing to do with future reimbursements because we HAVE spent a lot of money. Plus this isnt even signed yet and we only get reimbursed IF signed. Hence me saying we are in strife if it isnt signed
