hmmm these are standard JV terms, free carried, re-imbursement of work done etc. Theres nothing to write home about!! Whichever way you look at its not better than any other JV any other company has negotiated.
Case in point, have a look at HIG! were talking proven massive resource at Freida, yet they are being treated as second class citizens by their JV partner Xstrata which is reflected in their SP! (yes i know they have had issues with Ramu which co-incidently is another JV)
