China knows there will be a huge deficit early next year
Even China GDP is 7%, there some uncertainties in their economic. they have to reform it, open more their markets to keep the economic run at 7%..but more reforms, more free markets don t sound positive for some leaders.....
Ni price at 9usd/lb is more costly than at 6.85 for China and their import trade
