They needed to provide EPA with the drilling locations which they finalized recently to complete the Environmental Approval application. They are probably referring to that and any other acompliance spprovals which will be a formality. They wouldn't invest such big money to mess it up right at the end. Therefore all these approvals are almost given...But SP will respond to them in a big way...Which is why buying now will take you places in few weeks time....
