IF our asset, Uley is transferred into an private company, ie Tarcoola, then the following happens:-
1. This private company, Tarcoola has no cash, it is defenseless.
2. The level of mandatory reporting on Tarcoola/Uley is no longer there. It will be very quiet.
3. There is no ready market in our shares. We won't know the price. Ignorance will not be bliss.
So we become the equivalent of Bambi and then there is Mega looking at easy pickings...
All the rest of the demerger document is just vagueness and can be discounted
we will get crumbs
