# Demerging Tarcoola doesn't make it a private company,rather a non listed public one...SER S/H own it.
# There will be no day to day price for this company..This does NOT imply loss of value.
# There is nothing to suggest that we will be "forced" to accept a low ball bid.
# it is not clear yet what the fate of MID is.."consulting in good faith" implies NO legal obligation,rather a "friendly" effort. It also implies that we are free to "consult in good faith" with other parties(this is speculation on my part)
# EERC,Avatar & MM hold nearly 25%..I don't see them compromising.
# We must not forget that Bambi is the mighty Uley..Not the meek or desperate creature SandBagger alludes to.
# If someone wants a piece of Uley,he/she should hold...On the other hand if the uncertainty is too much to bear,then selling SER is the safer option,because once we demerge there is no comeback till Tarcoola finds its way to a stock exchange.
I believe that SER management will resolve this uncertainty before the Ex date...This is a must..Otherwise they will be misleading us...This is negligence.
