I wrote a lot of E-Mails to different institutes in the last time .

The last one was a mail to the African society of the german economic. After that an assistent of the society has contacted an assistent of the DEG. But evertime the same answer: " I am not at liberty to discuss it."

fact 1: a lot of german institutes knows about GIP
fact 2: knowbody talks about it

my opinion: the undoubted cause for delay is the unfinished due dilingence
my opinion: DEG will settle their affairs and then we will see the finance
my opinion: GIP will not crash.
